NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held as follows:-

Date: 24 MAY 2019

Venue: Wellington Park Hotel, Malone Road, Belfast BT9 6RU

Time: 11.15AM

The meeting is convened for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, namely to consider the Directors' Statement of Affairs, to appoint a Liquidator, and to establish, if thought fit, a Liquidation committee.

A list of names and addresses of the Company's Creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Liz McKeown & Co, 3 Wellington Park, Malone Road, Belfast BT9 6DJ during the two business days preceding the above meeting,between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm.
