Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the Members duly convened and held in the offices of Karat Marketing Limited, Office 8, Flexspace Business Centre, 15 Pitreavie Court, Dunfermline, KY11 8UU on Wednesday 30 May 2018 at 10.00 am, the following Special Resolution was passed that:

“Karat Marketing Limited cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly it be wound up and that Graeme C Smith, CA, Henderson Loggie, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
