At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 19 March 2020 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Susan Staunton and Thomas Russell both of James Cowper Kreston be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of winding-up the Company and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators needs to be done by both or either of them.
