That Robert William Sadler and John Paul Sugden of Auker Rhodes Accounting, Devonshire House, 32-34 North Parade, Bradford BD1 3HZ, being persons qualified to act as Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, be appointed Liquidators of the Company.

3. ORDINARY RESOLUTION:

That any act required or authorised to be done may be performed by any one or more persons holding the office of Liquidator.
