"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Bonney (IP No. 9379) of Quantuma LLP, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL and Chris Newell (IP No. 13690) of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 1NS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
