A Petition to wind up the above named Company of 480 Dudley Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV2 3AF presented on 8 June 2020 by Npower Limited acting as a Petitioning Creditor of the Company will be heard in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies’ Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 29 July 2020 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
