"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Healy of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, 4th Floor, 4 Victoria Square, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3TF, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up."
