A Petition to wind up the above-named company, whose registered office is situated at 5-11 Fleet Street, Birmingham, England, B3 1JP, presented on 26 January 2018 by EVOLVE HOSPITALITY RECRUITMENT LIMITED whose registered office addressed is 7/10 Chandos Street, London, W1G 9DQ claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard

At: Birmingham Civil and Family Justice Hearing Centre, Priory Courts, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, B4 6DS on Monday 26 February 2018 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on Friday 23 February 2018.
