At a General Meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at Geoghegans, 6 St Colme Street, Edinburgh, EH3 6AD on 28 February 2019, the following resolutions were duly passed.

Special Resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

"That Colin David Scott of Geoghegans, 6 St Colme Street, Edinburgh, EH3 6AD be appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up".

CREDITORS DECISION PROCEDURE

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 28 February 2019, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Colin David Scott as Liquidator.
