At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Old House Farm, Bowzell Green, Weald, Sevenoaks, Kent TN14 6ND on 24 February 2021 at 10.30 am the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively: "That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) and James Hopkirk (IP No. 21150) both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
