Special Resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

"That Bijal Shah of Edge Recovery Limited, 27 Church Street, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire WD3 1DE and Ashok Bhardwaj, of Bhardwaj Insolvency Practitioners, 47/49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 3AE be and are hereby appointed joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding-up".
