NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a virtual final meeting of the members of the above named Company will be held at Cavanagh Kelly, Chartered Accountants, 36–38 Northland Row, Dungannon, Co Tyrone, BT71 6AP on 13 January 2022 at 10.00 am for the following purpose:

1. Receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

2. That the Liquidator be granted his release.

In order to comply with current government and health care advice during the Covid-19 pandemic a physical meeting of members cannot take place. The meeting will be held remotely by video conferencing facility to provide members with the opportunity to participate in the meeting. If you wish to attend the virtual meeting, please email Ciara Maguire of this office (ciara.maguire@cavanaghkelly.com) no later than 11 January 2022 in order that the dial in details can be forwarded to you.

A person entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the Company. Proxies for use at the meeting must be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the meeting.
