Notice is given under rule 14.29 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Martin Richard Buttriss and Richard Frank Simms, the Joint Liquidators to the creditors of K P Hempsall Limited, that we intend declaring a final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 29 March 2019, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me at F A Simms & Partners Limited, Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrooke Parva, Lutterworth, Leicestershire LE17 5FB and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it. No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.

The prescribed part provisions do not apply.

Note: PLEASE NOTE: THE LAST DATE FOR SUBMITTING A PROOF OF DEBT IS 29 MARCH 2019.
