A Petition to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Kemp House, 160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX presented on the 4 February 2020 by UMBRELLA SECURITY SOLUTIONS LTD whose Registered Office is at 11 Portland Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, West Midlands B16 9HN claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 14 April 2020 at 1030 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on 13 April 2020.
