“That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Steve Markey (IP No. 14912) and Stuart Robb (IP No. 19450) both of Leonard Curtis, Tower 12, 18/22 Bridge Street, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3BZ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company and the Liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally.”
