At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly covened and held at 31 Wiltshire Way, Westbury, BA13 3XD on 16 July 2021, at 4.00 pm the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Durkan (IP No. 25010) and Graham Randall (IP No. 9051) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, Vintry Building, Wine Street, Bristol, BS1 2BD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and they are authorised to act jointly and severally."
