Notice is hereby given that on 1 May 2019 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dumbarton by K-Con Contracts Ltd., a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC366010) and having its Registered Office at 13 Hillcrest Avenue, Clydebank, Dunbartonshire, G81 6PD (“the Company”), craving the court, inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Dumbarton, by interlocutor dated 1 May 2019, ordained the Company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumbarton within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
