A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 3 Trilogy House, Boundary Way, Lufton Trading Estate, Lufton, Yeovil, Somerset, BA22 8HZ presented on 24 July 2019 by FORMWORK DIRECT INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, 71-83 Derby Road, Liverpool, L20 8LW claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Liverpool District Registry, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX, on 19 November 2019 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
