and in the Matter of the INSOLVENCY ACT 1986

A petition has been presented to the High Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 8 September 2022, for the winding up of the above named Company, by Medireal Limited of 4 Office Village, Forder Way, Hampton, Peterborough PE7 8GX, claiming to be a creditor of the Company.

The Petition will be heard on 26 October 2022 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard) in the Business and Property Courts (Insolvency and Companies List) at 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL.

Any person intending to appear at the Hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of that intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their Solicitor in accordance with rule 7.14 of the Insolvency Rules 2016, by 16:00 hours on 25 October 2022.
