Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 31 July 2020, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Robert Armstrong (IP No. 21332) and Benjamin John Wiles (IP No. 10670) both of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG and be appointed Joint Liquidators”.

It should be noted that the Company’s creditors subsequently varied resolution 2 and confirmed the appointment of Robert Armstrong of Duff & Phelps, together with Joanne Hammond of Begbies Traynor (SY) LLP.
