A Petition to wind up the above-named company of K & K Foods Ltd (11171862) of 24 Station Road, London N3 2RY, whose nature of business is retail sale in non-specialised stores with food, beverages or tobacco predominating, presented on Tuesday 07 September 2021, at 10:00 by BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED, of Millstream, Maidenhead Road, Windsor SL4 5GD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 01 December 2021, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
