"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Maxine Reid (IP No. 11492) and Sean Bucknall (IP No. 18030) both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, BN1 4EA be and are appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
