Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018 that the Liquidator intends to declare a first and final distribution to unsecured creditors of the Company within the period of two months from the last date for proving specified below. Creditors who have not yet done so must prove their debts by sending their full names and addresses, particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the Liquidator at 2nd Floor, Bollin House, Bollin Link, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 1DP by no later than 1 October 2019 (the last date for proving).

Note: The Directors of the Company have made a declaration of solvency and it is expected that all creditors will be paid in full. In accordance with the provisions of Part 14 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018, a creditor whose debt is a ‘small debt’ not exceeding £1,000 is deemed to have proved for the purposes of determination and payment of this distribution and is not required to prove their debt as described by this notice unless advised otherwise by the Liquidator.
