Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 7 July 2022, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Simon Thornton (IP No. 9031) of HS Business Recovery Ltd, 3 The Courtyard, Woodlands, Bradley Stoke, Bristol, BS32 4NQ be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same date the appointment of Simon Thornton as Liquidator was not confirmed, and John Radford (IP No. 24150) of Lucas Ross Limited, Stanmore House, 64-68 Blackburn Street, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 2JS was appointed as Liquidator.
