At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 48 St Leonards Road, Bexhill-On-Sea, East Sussex TN40 1JB on 31 January 2022 at 11.00 am, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Nedim Ailyan (IP No. 9072) and Ben Stanyon (IP No. 25710) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 142-148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of voluntary winding up."
