Notice is hereby given by Adam Peter Jordan and Nickolas Garth Rimes to the creditors of Jurista Limited that a virutal meeting of creditors has been summoned under Rule 15.18(4) of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 for the purpose of seeking resolutions on the following: The basis of the remuneration of Adam Peter Jordan and Nickolas Garth Rimes as Joint Liquidators; The removal of Adam Peter Jordan and Nickolas Garth Rimes as Joint Liquidators; The release of Adam Peter Jordan and Nickolas Garth Rimes as Joint Liquidators; The appointment of a Liquidator(s) and whether a Liquidation Committee should be established. The virtual meeting will be held on 31 October 2018 at 11.00 am .

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the virtual meeting and vote either personally or by proxy, and must also have submitted a proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at Rimes & Co, 3 The Courtyard, Harris Business Park, Hanbury Road, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove B60 4DJ by no later than 4.00 pm on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
