“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Robert Thurgood (IP No. 9170) and Laurence Pagden (IP No. 9055) both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the Joint Liquidators may act jointly and severally.”
