NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a final meeting of the members of Jumplanes (NI) Limited, registered office at 2 Marlborough Terrace, Derry/Londonderry BT48 9AT, will be held at the offices of Even Keel Financial Limited, Drewitt House, 865 Ringwood Road, Bournemouth BH11 8LW on 8 March 2021 at 11.00am and will be followed by a meeting of creditors at 11.15am for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings on the conduct of the winding up and considering a resolution granting the release of the Liquidator.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of them. A proxy need not be a member or creditor of the company. Proxies for both meetings must also be lodged at Even Keel Financial Limited, Drewitt House, 865 Ringwood Road, Bournemouth BH11 8LW no later than 12 noon on 5 March 2021.
