A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at 19 Victoria Terrace, Hove, BN3 2WB, presented on 21 July 2022, by CLOSE BROTHERS LIMITED, Wimbledon Bridge House, 1 Hartfield Road, London, SW19 3RU claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 13 September 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petition or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4 pm on 12th September 2022
