Resolutions

1. "That the company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Gary Pettit and Gavin Bates of PBC Business Recovery & Insolvency Ltd 9-10 Scirocco Close, Moulton Park, Northampton, NN3 6AP be appointed joint liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.
