“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Fiona Grant (IP No. 9444) and Robert Neil Dymond (IP No. 10430) both of Wilson Field Ltd, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
