At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 2 Main Road, Kenton Bank Foot, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE13 8AB, on 14 April 2020, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher John Ferguson (IP No. 22890) of RMT, Gosforth Park Avenue, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”
