A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, Registration Number 07879119, of Office 2, Global Centre 111 Spalding Road, Deeping St. James, Peterborough, England, PE6 8SD, presented on 10 July 2019 by BIBBY FACTORS NORTHWEST LIMITED, of 105 Duke Street, Liverpool, L1 5JQ creditors of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, M60 9DJ on 02 September 2019 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
