“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Pinder (IP No. 19470) and Anthony Milnes (IP No. 23150) both of Leonard Curtis, 22 Gander Lane, Barlborough, Chesterfield, S43 4PZ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company."
