A Petition to wind up the above-named company whose registered office and principal trading address is 9 Stockton Terrace, Grangetown Sunderland Tyne & Wear SR2 9RN presented on the 22nd June 2018 by VESTY FOODS UK LIMITED LIMITED whose registered office is at 29 Ullswater Crescent, Coulsdon Surrey CR5 2HR claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS on the 28th September 2018 at 10:00 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
