At a General Meeting of the above-named Partnership, duly convened and held at 11:00am on 8 April 2020 at Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

"That the Partnership be wound up voluntarily" and "that Peter Richard James Frost (IP No. 8935) and Victor Henry Ellaby (IP No. 8020) both of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Partnership, and that they act either jointly or separately."
