"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jack Callow (IP No. 25210) and Luke Venner (IP No. 21172) both of Bishop Fleming LLP, 10 Temple Back, Bristol, BS1 6FL be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
