"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nedim Ailyan (IP No. 9072) and Ben Stanyon (IP No. 25710) both of Abbott Fielding Limited, 142/148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
