At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Oakley House Headway Business Park, 3 Saxon Way West, Corby, NN18 9EZ on 20 June 2022 at 11am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Brian Milne (IP No 9381) of French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
