Notice is hereby given that on 30th October 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh for the Liquidation of J.S. Swan (Printing) Limited, 33 West Bowling Green Street, Edinburgh EH6 5NX (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed and that, in the meantime, Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenny R Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Second Floor, Excel House, Semple Street, Edinburgh EH3 8BL be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 5th November 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; of which notice is hereby given.
