“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) and Simon Carvill-Biggs (IP No. 15930) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
