At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at 53 Boobery, Sampford Peverell, Devon, EX16 7BS on 24 February 2021, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Jonathan Trembath and Hamish Adam of Richard J Smith & Co, 53 Fore Street, Ivybridge, Devon, PL21 9AE, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally.”
