A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company whose registered office is situate H H Burke & Company Limited, 6 Dancastle Court, 14 Arcadia Avenue, London, N3 2JU and whose last known trading address is 14 Cobbitts Road, Maulden, Bedford, Bedfordshire, MK45 2ED presented on 19 December 2019 by Jewson Ltd of Saint-Gobain House, Binley Business Park, Coventry, CV3 2TT claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 5 February 2020 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 4th February 2020.
