Notice is hereby given that creditors of the Company are required on or before 21 February 2020 to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016), and the names and addresses of their solicitors, if any, to the Liquidator and Neum Insolvency, Suite 9, Amba House, 15 College Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 1BA and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, either personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

Note: The Director of the Company has made a declaration of solvency and it is expected that all creditors will be paid in full.
