At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 27b Alloa Road, Causewayhead, Stirling FK9 5LH on 29 January 2019 at 10:30am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Brian Milne (IP No 9381) of French Duncan Restructuring and Debt Advisory, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
