NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the creditors of the above- named company, which is being voluntarily wound up, must send their full names and addresses (and those of their Solicitors, if any), together with full particulars of their debts or claims to the Liquidator of the company, Devdutt Patel at Baltic House, 4 & 5 Baltic Street East, London EC1Y 0UJ by no later than 12 November 2019.

The distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.

Note: It is anticipated that all known Creditors will be paid in full.

NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rules 14.40 & 14.41 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Liquidator of JPKK Limited intends to make a first and final distribution to creditors.

Creditors are required to prove debts by 12 November 2019 by sending full details of their claims to the liquidator at Baltic House, 4 & 5 Baltic Street East, London EC1Y 0UJ.

Creditors must also, if requested by the Liquidator, provide to him with such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Liquidator deems necessary.

The intended distribution is a first and final distribution and may be made without regard to any claims not proved by 12 November 2019.

Any creditor who has not proved his debt by that date, or who increases claim in his proof after that date, will not be entitled to disturb the intended first and final distribution.

The Liquidator intends that, after paying or proving for a final distribution in respect of creditors who have proved their claims, all funds remaining in the Liquidator’s hand following the final distribution to creditors shall be dealt with by payment of closing costs and distribution to shareholders absolutely.

All Creditors have or may be paid in full.
