"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ben Woodthorpe (IP No. 18370) and Simon Harris (IP No. 11372) both of ReSolve Partners, 22 York Buildings, John Adam Street, London, WC2N 6JU be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
