Notice is hereby given that on 1 June 2017 a petition was pres­ent­ed to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Jordan Joinery & Build Services Ltd, a comp­any inc­orp­orated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC386413) and having its regis­tered office at 71 King Street, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, Scotland, KA1 1PT (“the Company”), craving the court inter alia that the Company be wound up and that Brian William Milne, Insolv­ency Prac­tit­ion­er, of French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow G3 8HB, be appointed Interim Liquid­ator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 2 June 2017 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appoint­ed the said Brian William Milne to be Provisional Liq­uid­­ator of the Company with the powers contained in Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
