A General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at:- Purnells, 5 & 6 Waterside Court, Albany Street, Newport South Wales, NP20 5NT on 09/08/2017 the following Resolutions were duly passed, number 1 as a Special Resolution and number 2 as an Ordinary Resolution

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

Leigh Holmes (IP Number 9390) & Susan Purnell (IP Number 9386) of Purnells, 5 & 6 Waterside Court, Albany Street, Newport, South Wales, NP20 5NT be and are hereby nominated Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up
