At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held by video conference on 29 March 2021 at 14.00hrs the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin Williamson (IP No 9222) of ipd, Marcus House, Park Hall Road, Stoke on Trent ST3 5XA be appointed Liquidator of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
